Standard Warranty Period
Stanzani guarantees its products for a period of 12 months from the invoicing date.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Per Stanzani’s published terms, the guarantee excludes problems caused by:
- Incorrect or non-conforming use
- Excessive strains beyond the tool’s rated capacity
- Negligence
- Tampering or modifications
Two things that void it entirely
Stanzani is released from all warranty responsibility if either of the following happens:
- Repairs performed by third parties without Stanzani’s prior written agreement
- Use of non-original spare parts
Before anyone touches a Stanzani tool under warranty, call us. A well-meant shop-floor repair is the most common way this coverage gets lost. One phone call keeps it intact.
The warranty also does not extend to assembly or disassembly expenses, or to consequential damages.
Repairs & Returns
Under Stanzani’s terms, parts returned for inspection or repair must be sent to their factory in Italy free of transport charge to Stanzani.
Start with a call to CRTE rather than shipping anything. We handle the manufacturer side of the process and will tell you exactly what needs to happen — and what it will cost — before anything moves.
Starting a Warranty Claim
- Contact CRTE first — call (973) 768-9812 or email sales@innovativecrte.com. Do not attempt a repair or install non-original parts; either one voids the warranty.
- Have your details ready — the item or article number, your invoice or order number, and a description of the problem. Photos help.
- We coordinate with Stanzani — the claim is submitted to the manufacturer and we walk you through the return process if inspection is required.
- Resolution — covered defects are handled under Stanzani’s guarantee.
